Full-Time Operations & Logistics Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Operations&Logistcis Executive to join our client’s team based in Malta. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating transportation, warehousing, and delivery operations, all while maintaining positive relationships with key suppliers. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with company regulations and conducting ongoing analysis for process optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain consistent product or service quality that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, ensuring expenditures align with organizational goals.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among various departments, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of goals.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term operational strategies aligned with the organization’s overall goals and growth plans.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business management, operations management, supply chain management, or a related discipline).
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, team management, and process improvement within an international set up.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to new situations and effective time management for ensuring smooth operations and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
