Job Description

Junior HR Specialist

  • Undertaking various administrative tasks to facilitate HR operations, encompassing tasks such as new hire onboarding, termination processes, pension administration, government employment documentation, and recruitment and selection assistance.
  • Assisting the HR function in ensuring smooth operations.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as directed by Management or the Core team.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR management and scheduling systems by promptly entering data related to new hires, departures, and employment changes.
  • Collaborate efficiently with the HR team to support functional operations and goals.

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Minimum a year experience in HR field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian is a requirement, while knowledge of Turkish is considered advantageous.
