Job Summary:
The HR and Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full
recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. This role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming
industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective
recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
 Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ensuring the
acquisition of top talent.
 Client Partnership: Work consultatively with clients to understand their recruitment needs,
develop tailored recruitment plans, and help businesses achieve their potential through
successful team building.
 Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media
platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.
 Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including
interviews, technical evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure cultural fit and technical
proficiency.
 Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
stakeholders, and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
 Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and key players
within the iGaming industry to provide informed recruitment strategies.
 Negotiation and Closing: Utilize strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent
and successfully close offers.
 Project Management: Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, meeting tight
deadlines, and providing exceptional client service.
 Event Participation: Attend industry events, network, and set up meetings with new and
existing clients to enhance business development efforts.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in roles within the iGaming
industry.
 Deep understanding of the iGaming sector, including regulatory frameworks, industry
trends, and key players.
 Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and candidates
at all levels.
 Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels to identify and engage top talent.
 Expertise in conducting comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure the right cultural fit
and technical proficiency.
 Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and successfully close offers.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive candidate
experiences and effective collaboration with clients.
 Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meeting tight
deadlines.
 Attendance and participation in industry events for networking and business development.

Competitive salary starting at 45.000 per year
