Are you a cordial, smart, and highly motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team? Our client in Malta is seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to manage the front office and reception area, provide general secretarial support, and assist with day-to-day operations.

As the ideal candidate, you are organized, meticulous, and capable of working on your own initiative. You are a Maltese speaker with fluent English and preferably have previous experience in a corporate service provider or legal industry. You are competent with MS Word and MS Excel and possess a friendly, open, and approachable personality.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, office administration, updating spreadsheets, registering employees for training sessions, and liaising with office suppliers. You will also provide assistance to senior staff in the day-to-day running of the business after being settled in the initial role.
