Administration, Sales & Marketing Job Vacancy

Responsibilities

  • Receiving calls of company telephone & mobile.
  • Directing calls to the personnel concerned.
  • Phone clients and take Ho.re.ca sales orders whilst trying to promote and max sales products.
  • Updating company sheets through Excel (Machine faults, Equipment and other related Docs).
  • Taking control of email account and new requests.
  • Day to day requests from company staff/employees & other administrative duties.
  • Welcoming clients visiting the reception area.
  • Upkeep of Company social profiles (Facebook/Instagram etc..) & other marketing materials.

Skillset & Requirement:

  • Must be able to speak and write in Maltese and English
  • Must be motivated, accurate and able to work under pressure
  • Must have good communication skills, good work attitude and be polite
  • Must be able to work on own initiative, and as a team
  • Must be sales oriented

Education & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Desire to have experience with the SAGE system

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 – 16:00
